Kiefer is officially FREE!

Its been a long time coming, but Kiefer Sutherland is officially free - out of jail and rid of the ball and chain.
The “24″ actor was released from a Glendale jail in January after serving a 48 day sentence for impaired driving and violating his probation on a 2004 drunk driving arrest.
Sutherland’s career appears to be back on track after the lengthy writer’s strike and his (basically simultaneous) time behind bars, with “24″ set to enter its seventh season this Fall. Fox announced last week it will air a two hour prequel to the hit spy drama’s new season on November 23.
And in most recent news, Sutherland and his ball and chain, err, the former Mrs. Sutherland (aka Elizabeth “Kelly” Winn Sutherland), are finally divorced, though it’s unlikely either will notice any difference. The couple who wed in 1996 were separated in 1999. Sutherland got around to filing divorce papers in 2004 and a divorce judgment by the Los Angeles superior court was rendered on May 16, 2008.
The 41 year-old Sutherland should now have more “free” time to spend with girlfriend Siobhan Bonnouvrier, the 36 year-old divorcee and style director of Allure magazine.
Will he go from the frying pan into the fire?
